Book 1 - Of Tyrants and Treachery Saga
A Crown of Thorns is a novel with an intense soul, set in a universe full of mystery, conflict, and symbolism. For this project, I designed the cover, spine, and back cover for the spanish edition, created a central custom illustration, and developed social media templates aligned with the book’s aesthetic.
🔸 Full editorial design
An evocative cover with an original illustration, simple typography, and an aesthetic composition that balances darkness, majesty, and drama. Spine and back cover with careful editorial work: clear visual hierarchy, cohesive color palette, and symbolic strength that connects with the narrative.
🔸 Custom illustration
I created an exclusive central piece that reflects the book’s key themes. The illustration was developed in line with the novel’s emotional tone, with digitized hand-made textures and bold strokes that amplify the dramatic atmosphere of the story.
Social media templates
A set of adaptable posts (feed, stories, carousels) to promote the book in a cohesive way. The designs integrate visual elements from the cover and illustration, maintaining visual consistency, instant recognition, and the ability to connect with followers through powerful aesthetics.
